PetPumps, LLC has begun a capital raise and will be sharing information with three individuals or groups about a royalty based strategic partnership option available only on our unique product line, PetPumps nutraceutical micro-sprays, through our three primary sales outlets.

Potential Royalty Strategic Partners will be provided the following information:

For a capital contribution of $10,000 (U.S.) a single Royalty Strategic Partner would receive the following in-perpetuity royalties:

• Online Onetime or Subscription Sales

  • $0.25 per unit(a unit is a 8ml micros-pray bottle)

• ​Small wholesale orders (i.e. Veterinarian's, dog groomers, etc.) 50 to 100 Individual Units:

  • $0.10 per unit

• Large wholesale orders (i.e. Tractor Supply, Amazon, Chewy.com) $0.05 per unit*​

The following is an overview of how sales will originate with PetPumps:

• Online orders - 85%

• Small wholesale orders - 10%

• Large wholesale orders - 5%​
